Architectural Control Committee
The Paa-Ko Architectural Control Committee (ACC) helps maintain the beauty, quality, and harmony of our community. The ACC reviews and approves plans for new homes, remodels, and exterior improvements to ensure they meet the community’s architectural standards and design guidelines. Its purpose is to help homeowners build confidently—balancing personal style with the overall aesthetic and environmental integrity of Paa-Ko. The committee also serves as a resource for owners who are building for the first time, guiding them through the design and approval process from concept to completion.
